Clearbit is gone into HubSpot. Here is the plain API that replaces it.
The short version: the standalone product you could just buy is gone. Checked July 27, 2026.
HubSpot acquired Clearbit, and clearbit.com now leads with "Clearbit has joined HubSpot". Clearbit's own help center states it no longer offers new standalone subscriptions. Existing paid customers continue; new buyers are pointed at Breeze Intelligence inside HubSpot.
The credits moved too. Breeze credits became HubSpot Credits in mid-2025. Extra packages start at $10 per 1,000, and credits reset monthly with no rollover. Enrichment is now a feature of a CRM suite, not an API you buy on its own.
Clearbit did several jobs. Be clear about which one you are replacing before picking a successor.
If your job was enrichment keyed on a domain or an email, firmographics on records you already hold, the natural successor is Breeze inside HubSpot or another enrichment vendor.
If your job was building fresh company lists, market by market, a search-driven data API does it better. Every business in a category and city, with phone, website, address, rating, and coordinates, priced per record with no platform attached.
The companies as CSV first:

And one record as JSON:
No CRM, no sales call. From zero to a company list in about two minutes:
Create a free account. Try it free, no card needed.
Type a search in the playground. Something like software companies in San Francisco. The companies land in a table.
Click export. Download the CSV, or run the curl above for the same records as JSON.
Both are legitimate successors. They assume very different stacks.

Different jobs, same question: what does a thousand cost, and when does it vanish?
Breeze enriches a record you already hold. CrustAPI Maps retrieves a business record from Google. Compare both the data and the billing unit.
If you live in HubSpot, Breeze is the path of least resistance: native enrichment on your existing records with no integration work. This page is for the other crowd: teams that wanted Clearbit the API, not Clearbit the CRM feature, and need company data without adopting a platform to get it.
You pay the Maps rate per business a search returns. A search that returns nothing costs nothing. Here is what real jobs cost:
| Deposit | Google Search / 1,000 requests | Maps / 1,000 businesses | LinkedIn reads / 1,000 requests | People, Jobs, Refresh / 1,000 units |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $10+ | $1.00 | $1.96 | $6.00 | $1.96 |
| $149+ | $0.76 | $1.49 | $4.50 | $1.49 |
| $549+ | $0.56 | $1.10 | $3.30 | $1.10 |
| $1,999+ | $0.41 | $0.80 | $2.45 | $0.80 |
| $6,500+ | $0.33 | $0.65 | $1.95 | $0.65 |
| $27,500+ | $0.28 | $0.55 | $1.65 | $0.55 |
| $50,000+ | $0.26 | $0.50 | $1.50 | $0.50 |
| $100,000+ | $0.20 | $0.40 | $1.50 | $0.40 |
Every eligible account gets $6 of free usage monthly. Each deposit keeps its prices until spent; paid funds never expire. People and Jobs bill per successful search, Refresh per accessible profile. Full profiles in People use the read rate per full profile. See all billing details.
Larger deposits unlock lower endpoint prices. Each deposit keeps its prices until spent. See the full deposit table on the pricing page. Prices in USD, ex-tax.
Funds are prepaid, self-serve, and never expire. An unused pack is still yours next year, unlike credits that reset monthly.

Not as a new standalone subscription. Clearbit's help center states it no longer offers new standalone subscriptions after the HubSpot acquisition; existing paid customers continue, and new buyers are directed to Breeze Intelligence inside HubSpot. Checked July 27, 2026.
Breeze Intelligence, HubSpot's enrichment product. Its credits became HubSpot Credits in mid-2025: allowances are included in HubSpot's Pro and Enterprise tiers, extra packages start at $10 per 1,000 credits, and credits reset monthly with no rollover.
The list-building kind. It returns every business in a market as a complete record, with phone, website, address, category, rating, and coordinates, at the Maps rate per business. It is not a domain-keyed enrichment tool.
No. Records are business-level with public contact points: phone, website, and address. For person-level emails on existing records, an enrichment product is the right tool.
Maps costs $1.96 per 1,000 businesses at standard prices, down to $0.40 for the largest deposit. Empty and failed searches are free. Every eligible account gets $6 of free usage monthly. Paid funds never expire.
No. It is one API key and one GET endpoint, with a playground for testing without code.
