FAQ

How long do my lower prices last?
Each deposit keeps its own prices until those funds are spent. A larger deposit unlocks lower prices for that deposit. Separate deposits do not add up to a permanent discount. We spend free funds first, then use the paid funds with the lowest applicable price. If prices tie, older funds are used first.
Does my balance expire?
Paid funds never expire. Your $6 free allowance resets monthly on the date shown in Billing. Paying customers get that same monthly free allowance.
What am I charged for?
Google Search is billed per successful request. Google Maps is billed per business returned. LinkedIn Person, Company and Posts are billed per successful request. People and Jobs are billed per successful search; People with Full profiles is billed per full profile returned. Refresh is billed per accessible profile. Work email lookup is included. Your dashboard shows the estimated cost before you run.
What happens when a search fails or comes back empty?
Nothing. You are not billed. Empty searches, private profiles and deleted pages all cost zero. We only make money when you get data.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have used less than 20% of that purchase.
