Do credits expire?
Never. Buy a pack today, use it whenever. The 3,000 free monthly credits reset each month, but anything you pay for is yours until you spend it.
What counts as one credit?
One successful result. A Google search that returns links is one credit. A Maps search bills one credit per business it returns, because each row is a full record with phone, website, rating and reviews. A LinkedIn check is one credit when it comes back with data.
What happens when a search fails or comes back empty?
Nothing. You are not billed. Empty searches, private profiles and deleted pages all cost zero. We only make money when you get data.
What is your refund policy?
You get your money back. Full refund in the first 7 days, as long as you have used less than 20% of your credits. Try it, and if it is not for you, we hand it back.
